Process
Review coordinator kicks the process off, then lead enterprise architect handles most of the work, the Architecture Board and customer sign off, and then it gets sent back to the review coordinator.
- Request architecture review
- Identify responsible org and project principals
- Identify Lead Enterprise Architect and other architects
- Determine Scope of Review
- Tailor checklists
- Schedule Architecture Review meeting
- Interview project principals
- Analyze completed checklists by lead architect
- Prepare Architecture Compliance Review report by lead architect
- Present review findings by lead architect
- Accept review and sign off by Architecture Board and customer
- Send assessment report to Architecture Review Coordinator
