• A constantly changing velocity can make sprint planning difficult.
• An unpredictable velocity usually means that your team is having trouble estimating their work.
• Instead of making an accurate estimate, it is tempting to plan for the worst case scenario.
• Creating a predictable velocity:
  1. Examine User Stories
  2. Use the correct format for User Stories
  3. Give the team the opportunity to break down the work
  4. Have a clear understanding of the deliverables
  5. Encourage the team to collaborate to understand the product
